Qualifications

• Licensed RN with regulatory/accreditation familiarity.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Center Quality Council and PI teams; set agenda and minutes.
• Ensure reporting of monthly and quarterly quality data.
• Oversee risk management, adverse event reporting and patient safety metrics.
• Coordinate documentation and audits for accreditation readiness.
• Monitor life safety and environment of care processes and staff education.
• Maintain PI records and annual PI plan updates.
