Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Quality Management and Clinical Director to plan staff education.
• Develops clinical education and competency evaluations for patient care staff.
• Validates staff competency upon hire and annually thereafter.
• Promotes quality improvement and aligns care with safety standards.
• Evaluates progress toward goals and reports outcomes to leadership.
• Implements care plans according to department standards and safety rules.
• Plans and teaches education strategies to improve performance.
• Builds effective relationships with physicians and the care team.
• Responds to leadership requests to expand clinical services.
