We are seeking an accomplished Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to advance our mission of supporting safety and high reliability across the organization. This pivotal role provides strategic, operational, and thought leadership supporting patient safety and quality initiatives and sustainability of high reliability principles at Children’s Specialized Hospital. It provides direction and coordination to develop and implement evidence based programs and services that produce measurable improvements that affect patient safety. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have an active New Jersey RN license or other health related field. An advanced degree (Master's, PHD,DNP) is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of recent leadership within acute care setting including strategic planning, performance improvement, policy development, research, analytics, benchmarking and report writing. is required, preferably within a large health system or academic medical center. Pediatric experience is required.
