Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking an experienced registered nurse to advance quality initiatives and support patient care excellence. You will round on units, promote best practices, and coordinate performance improvement activities within the Quality Department.

The role requires a Texas RN license (Compact acceptable) with BSN preferred and about 3 years of acute care RN experience. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

RN license in Texas or Multi-State license with Texas RN license within 90 days.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
BSN preferred; acute care RN experience required.

Responsibilities

Rounding on units to strengthen relationships between staff and Quality Department.
Disseminate best practices and promote high reliability across the facility.
Coordinate Performance Improvement Committee activities, prepare minutes, and track action items.
Analyze facility quality performance data and plan steps for ongoing improvement.
