Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant is seeking an RN Quality Coordinator to drive performance improvement initiatives in line with the hospital’s Mission, Vision and Values. You will coordinate activities that support quality, safety and patient-centric care.

The role requires a nursing or related healthcare degree and at least three years of clinical hospital experience, with training and competencies aligned to the service line and department needs.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited nursing or related healthcare degree.
• Minimum of three years of clinical hospital experience required/preferred.
• Initial and ongoing training/competencies as defined by service line, facility and department.
