Job summary

CVS Health in Colorado seeks a registered nurse with a focus on quality improvement to apply clinical knowledge and performance improvement best practices to healthcare services. You will analyze workflows and drive evidence-based interventions aligned with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

You will support POSC Council workplans, track measures, and facilitate workgroups to advance quality goals, while collaborating with executive sponsors and stakeholders to optimize care

Qualifications

• RN licensure and current clinical expertise in quality or health care improvement
• Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• Experience with HEDIS/STARs or quality measurement
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services and processes
• Drives evidence-based performance improvements, tracks measures, and prepares materials for POSC discussions
• Manages POSC workplans and facilitates workgroups and committees
• Contributes to enhancing healthcare services and patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develops, revises, and implements policies and procedures to improve performance and safety
• Stays updated on quality research and disseminates best practices
• Provides training on HEDIS/CAHPS related performance and workflows
• Collaborates with POSC stakeholders to establish and evaluate best practice interventions
