CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead quality improvement efforts within the POSC Council, aligning with HEDIS and CAHPS goals. You will analyze workflows, drive evidence-based interventions, and support performance measurement across clinical and administrative domains.

The role requires 5–7 years in clinical or quality roles, strong data analytics, and collaboration across stakeholders. A BSN is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in clinical/quality/HEDIS roles.
• Deep knowledge of managed care quality, HEDIS and STARs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Collaborative and ethical handling of information.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements quality improvement programs to monitor and improve healthcare services.
• Drives evidence-based performance interventions and monitors process/outcome measures.
• Manages POSC workplans and facilitates workgroups and committees.
• Contributes to enhancing patient outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Supports development and revision of policies to improve clinical quality and safety.
