Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an RN Quality Assistant to support the Director of Quality Management in improving patient care and hospital operations. You will coordinate with hospital leadership to drive performance improvements and ensure safety culture across the facility.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 90 days). You will interact with accrediting bodies and medical staff to advance quality measures and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Quality Management in performance improvement operations.
• Coordinate with hospital and medical staff leadership to foster a safety culture.
• Design, measure, assess and plan activities to improve patient care and organizational functions.
• Liaise with accrediting and regulatory bodies (TJC, CMS, Department of Health).
