Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Saddle Brook, NJ seeks a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital's Quality Management Program. You will collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in risk management, infection control, and employee health initiatives.

The role requires an NJ RN license with preference for candidates with 2 years of rehab or acute care experience and familiarity with accrediting standards (TJC/CARF).

Qualifikationen

• Valid professional NJ RN License required.
• 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
• Familiarity with accrediting standards (TJC/CARF) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital's Quality Program.
• Handle data collection/input, analysis, and reporting for risk management, quality improvement, survey readiness, infection control, employee health, and education.
• Support accreditation, certification, and licensure activities and implement the Hospital Quality Plan.
• Prepare quarterly quality meetings and assist with survey readiness and root cause analyses.
• Contribute to policies/procedures and participate in quality improvement activities.
