Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, PA, seeks a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital's Quality Program. The role involves assisting the Director of Quality Management, coordinating quality activities, and contributing to infection control and risk management efforts.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with a valid license and aims to ensure survey readiness and continuous quality improvement across the inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Collects and presents for quality, environment, infection control, quality control and risk management.
• Assists as directed in quality meetings and teams and help prepare agenda items for required meetings.
• Assists with implementation of hospital quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis.

Compensation: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
• Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
• Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.
