Job summary

Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital, in Yorktown, PA, seeks a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital's quality program. This full-time role partners with the Director of Quality Management to drive performance in patient care and safety.

Responsibilities include data collection, quality reporting, and contributing to survey readiness and root cause analysis. RN licensure is required; rehab or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.

Preferred qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.


• Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).


• Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.
