Qualifications

• Current RN license in South Carolina is required.

• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and state survey processes.
• Experience with clinical audits, data tracking and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the facility’s QAPI program.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and trend data.
• Conduct routine chart audits and compliance reviews.
• Analyze data and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare for state and federal surveys and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to drive performance improvements.
• Educate and coach staff on quality initiatives.
