Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an RN Quality Assurance Nurse to lead the facility’s QAPI program, focusing on regulatory compliance and clinical performance monitoring to improve resident safety and outcomes.

The role collaborates with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams to drive performance improvement, conducts audits, and prepares for state and federal surveys to ensure CMS standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of QA and QAPI programs.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and state survey processes.
• Experience with clinical audits, data tracking, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the facility’s QAPI program.
• Monitor and trend clinical quality indicators.
• Conduct routine chart audits and compliance reviews.
• Analyze data and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare for and participate in state and federal surveys.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive performance improvement.
• Provide education and coaching to clinical staff on quality initiatives.
