Job summary

Delphi Technologies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an RN Quality Assurance Nurse to lead the facility's QAPI program. You will focus on regulatory compliance, clinical performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to promote resident safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, knowledge of QA/QAPI, CMS regulations, and strong data analysis with leadership skills. You will collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams to drive performance

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of QA and QAPI programs.
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and state survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the facility’s QAPI program.
• Monitor, track, and trend clinical quality indicators (falls, pressure injuries, infections, rehospitalizations, etc.).
• Conduct routine chart audits and compliance reviews.
• Analyze data and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare for and participate in state and federal surveys.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive performance improvement.
• Provide education and coaching to clinical staff on quality initiatives.

Key Qualifications
