Job summary

Providence in Oregon City is seeking an RN - Quality Assurance located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (primary) and Providence Milwaukie Hospital (secondary), with rare travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center. This full-time, day shift position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm and focuses on advancing quality initiatives and ensuring CMS/TJC compliance.

You will lead multidisciplinary projects and mentor teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in hospital settings.
• 5+ years of hospital experience in progressively responsible roles with cross-department contact.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with physicians and management.
