Job summary

CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an RN for Infection Control / Wound Nurse at our West Virginia long‑term care center. This full‑time role focuses on infection prevention, wound care planning, and quality initiatives within a patient‑centered care environment.

The position requires an active RN license in the state and supervisory experience; wound care certification or experience is preferred. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, professional excellence and residents' well-being.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
