Job summary

Bridgewater Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks an LPN QI Infection Control Nurse to support infection control, wound care, and quality initiatives.

Must hold an active LPN license in Indiana, have supervisory experience, wound care certification or experience, and meet QI/Infection Control qualifications. Comprehensive benefits provided; full-time position with competitive wages.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
