Qualifications

• Compact license in primary state of residence if eligible.
• RN with licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Obtain 30 CEUs biannually, including required courses.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Implement an ongoing, comprehensive quality performance improvement program for Hospice.
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Hospice Program and QAPI Committee.
• Provide education through events, consultations, and materials to improve care.
