Emplify Health is seeking a skilled Hospice Quality Assurance RN to ensure patient care meets standards and regulations. This 1.0 FTE position offers primarily 8am–5pm shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

You'll perform quality monitoring, audits, data analysis, and staff education to drive improvement. Requires Associate Degree in Nursing, WI RN license, and 3+ years hospice RN experience; Minnesota licensure within 3 months of hire.
