Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, daytime hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, and a pathway for professional growth within a comprehensive care system.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing (or ADN with BSN within five years) and has at least one year of inpatient RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, and current CPR
Competenze
- Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing, or an ADN with BSN completion within five years of start date.
Mansioni
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Assess patients' condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
- Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
- Duties may vary by unit or shift.
