Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit with a higher-acuity patient population. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with 7pm–7:30am shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

You will develop care plans, assess patients, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Required ADN or higher in Nursing, IL RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• ACLS and BLS certifications current or within 6 months of start date.
• Active Illinois RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care identifying interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and plans as needed.
• Assesses patient data and collects health data from patient, family, and care team.
