Endeavor Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, daytime hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, and a pathway for professional growth within a comprehensive care system.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing (or ADN with BSN within five years) and has at least one year of inpatient RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, and current CPR

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing, or an ADN with BSN completion within five years of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patients' condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
• Duties may vary by unit or shift.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Required License and/or Certification:

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
