Job summary

Sweden Valley Manor in Coudersport, PA seeks an RN for PT/PRN (1st & 2nd shift) at about $36+ per hour with shift differentials. Responsibilities include administering medications, answering call lights, documenting care, following care plans, and reporting abnormal findings.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an LPN license are required; CPR is recommended. We offer full-time opportunities with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

A Nurse administers resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a physician to maintain the highest level of resident care.

Position Responsibilities as an RN:

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician
• Answer call lights
• Complete documentation of care given
• Follow residents care plans
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification recommended.
