Bowling Green Manor is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN for full-time, on-site care on the 1st and 3rd shifts in Bowling Green, OH. The LPN will provide resident care under supervision, administer medications, document care, and support the care plans to ensure high-quality service for residents.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

A Licensed Practical Nurse administers resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a physician to maintain the highest level of resident care.

Position Responsibilities as an LPN

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician
• Answer call lights
• Complete documentation of care given
• Follow residents care plans
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification recommended.
