Job summary

HCF seeks a Nurse Supervisor for the 7p-7a shift in Pennsylvania. The RN/LPN oversees nursing care, ensures orders are followed, and supports on-shift staff to deliver high-quality care.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and PA RN or OH LPN license are required; CPR is recommended. We value compassionate, team-minded individuals who prioritize resident safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Must function within scope of practice according to the State Board of Nursing.

• Observes and reports abnormal findings, injuries, skin issues, or safety concerns.
• Oversees shift operation and staffing.
• Attends required in-service education.
• Follows Infection Control and Safety Practices.

RN Needed - (7p-7a)

$36/hr or more depending on exp

Plus, Shift Differential

Charge Nurse supervises nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders, directs staff and ensures the delivery of quality care on their shift.

Responsibilities

• Must function within scope of practice according to the State Board of Nursing.
• Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Accurately and timely completes documentation of care given.
• Supervises, evaluates and may suspend personnel according to HCF policy.
• Refers to and follows resident’s care plan.
• Observes and reports any abnormal findings, such as injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse/neglect/misappropriation, and any unsafe conditions as well as any significant change in condition.
• Oversees operation and staffing for their shift.
• Attend required in-service education.
• Follows appropriate Infection Control and Safety Practices.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Registered Nurse (PA) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (OH) with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.
