Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening, part-time role. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate care plans, and deliver compassionate patient care in our community setting.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $38-$45/hour (non-exempt) based on location, experience, and qualifications.

As a Registered Nurse You Will

• Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards - Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver Direct Patient Care - Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
• Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance - Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.

This Job Also Requires

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR within 6 months of hire.

• Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
