Vivie in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical teams and deliver compassionate patient care while supporting residents’ independence and quality of life.

The role focuses on coordinating care, maintaining clinical standards, and direct patient care with a non-exempt hourly schedule. CPR within 6 months and state license compliance are required; prior long-term or rehabilitation care experience is preferred.

Schedule: Part- Time| 16 Hours/ pay period | UPICK - pick your schedule! Pick up a minimum of 16 hours per pay period from available shifts.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vivie, you’ll be at the heart of our community, leading clinical teams and delivering compassionate patient care while fostering meaningful connections. Whether supervising staff, coordinating complex care plans, or directly supporting patients and families, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life.

As a Registered Nurse You Will

• Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards - Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver Direct Patient Care - Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
• Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance - Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.

This Job Also Requires

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR within 6 months of hire.

• Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family.
