Job summary

Apache Junction Health and Rehab in Arizona is seeking an RN (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will coordinate resident care and participate in rounds to ensure high-quality outcomes, while supporting the care team and supervising skilled tasks.

The role requires an Arizona RN license, fingerprint clearance, and CPR certification. You will contribute to onsite rehabilitation services that help residents regain independence and return home, in a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

Arizona RN license required.
Level one Fingerprint card.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and participate in resident care of skilled patients.
Manage and administer IVs.
Assist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff.
Oversee admissions of new skilled patients.
Make rounds and provide report.
Perform skilled care assessments.
