You will screen and assess residents on psychotropic medications for clinical appropriateness, monitor adverse reactions, and coordinate psychiatric services to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include an Illinois RN license and CPR certification; one year of SNF RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• One year of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess residents on psychotropic medications for clinical appropriateness.
• Coordinate psychiatric services and ensure accurate MDS documentation and care plans.
