As a RN or LPN Staff Nurse you will ensure residents receive medications and care per each care plan, perform assessments, lead the team, and advocate for residents’ safety and comfort. Illinois RN license required, prior RN experience preferred.

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license required.
• Prior RN experience preferred; willingness to invest in the right candidate.
• RN or LPN staff nurse considered.

As a RN or LPN Staff Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atAvantara Chicago Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois RN. Prior RN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
