Qualifications
- One year of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
- Must have an unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
- C.P.R certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess residents on psychotropic medications.
- Monitor for adverse reactions and evaluate drug reductions.
- Complete MDS documentation and obtain informed consents.
