Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in Alabama.
• Experience in adult psychiatric care and medication administration.
• Ability to de-escalate crises and provide patient education.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications following the Seven Rights of medication administration.
• Provides medication education to the consumer and family.
• Reviews MARs daily and coordinates prescriptions with medical staff.
• Identifies psychiatric and medical needs and communicates with physicians.
• Interacts with consumers and supports the interdisciplinary treatment plan.
