Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking per diem Registered Nurse for Med Surg/PCU with telemetry experience. Massachusetts RN license required with ongoing CE and 2 years Med Surg RN experience. PCU/SDU exposure and ability to complete Telemetry competency within 90 days preferred. BSN is a plus.

Expect flexible shifts and duties, including floating as needed. Per diem pay range shown below. Base hourly pay reflects experience, geography, and shift differentials.

Formación

Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Massachusetts RN License
• Evidence of Continuing Education.
• 2years Med Surg RN experience required
• Recent PCU/SDU level of care experience required
• Current Telemetry experience or able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days of beginning position.
• Current AHABLS & ACLSCertification.
• Utilizes appropriate time management skills. Communicates effectively.

RECOMMENDED REQUIREMENTS:

• Documented Professional Developmental activities
• Knowledge of Critical Paths
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• BSN Preferred

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $76.08

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
