Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Current state RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyzes data, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates effectiveness.
• Serve as point of contact for patients' care coordination across hospital departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement in the department.
• Administer medications safely according to policies and scope of practice.
