Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license; BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• NLC/eNLC multistate licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments across physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Evaluate developmental age in assessments and education.
• Organize data into plan of care with outcomes.
• Carry out plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Provide care aligned with patient needs and conditions.
• Oversee ancillary and support staff activities.
• Identify teaching opportunities and provide resources for patient education.
• Communicate concerns to Charge Nurse/Manager/Physician as appropriate.
• Document patient care accurately in records.
