AdventHealth Lenexa City Center in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care to join our mission‑driven team. This full-time day shift offers a $10,000 sign-on for eligible candidates and paths for clinical ladder advancement.

You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

RN required with active license
BLS/ACLS/state certifications may apply

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Supervise and delegate care to team members.
Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
