Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where employed.
• BSN degree preferred but not required.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred at hire, required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop a care plan.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
• Ensure patient safety and contribute to quality improvement.
