Job summary

Saint Joseph London is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role offers a sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 student loan assistance to eligible candidates.

As an RN, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and therapies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• KY RN license required upon hire.
• BLS/CPR required at hire; ACLS within 90 days.
• BSN must be obtained within five years of start date; enrollment encouraged within two years.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and analyzes conditions to determine interventions.
• Implements and modifies care plans using evidence-based practice.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient-family education.

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.


• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical decisioning to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.


• Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care and evidence based practice inclusive of nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning. Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.


• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights.


• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.


• Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes.

• BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
