CommonSpirit Health's Saint Joseph London is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 150-bed regional hospital. You will perform assessments, skilled procedures, and coordinate discharge planning as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Earn up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in Student Loan Assistance, with hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $43.50 and a clear BSN progression timeline targeted by 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed in KY at hire.
• CPR certification upon hire.
• BSN required within five years of start date; enroll within two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care and execute care plans.
• Perform assessments and skilled procedures as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcome goals and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Uphold patient autonomy, dignity and rights in all actions.

• Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
• Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical decisioning to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies plan of care using assessment data, standards of care and evidence based practice inclusive of nursing care coordination, appropriate patient and family education, and discharge planning. Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
• Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.

• BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
