Job summary

Saint Joseph London is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a dynamic interdisciplinary team. This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student loan assistance up to $24,000, with a strong focus on patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities include triage, ongoing assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient education. A BSN progression plan is required by 2026, with ADN hires pursuing BSN within five years

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Kentucky on hire.
• BLS/CPR required on hire.
• ACLS within 90 days.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months.
• BSN must be obtained by 04/01/2026; ADN hires must enroll in BSN within 2 years and begin within 2 years.

• Triages and continuously monitors patients, responds to changes in health status, and prioritizes care needs.
• Responds to life-threatening situations per nursing standards and hospital protocols.
• Sets care priorities and coordinates resources to meet patient needs.

• Performs triage by assessing patient’s health and continuously monitor; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs.
• Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
• Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs.
• Works collaboratively with providers to provide exceptional care.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provides patient and family education.

• BSN Requirement: Effective 04/01/2026, all ADN prepared RN hires are required to obtain their BSN degree within five (5) years of their start date. Individuals must enroll in and begin participating in a BSN program within two (2) years of their start date.
