Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Facilitator RN to partner with the interdisciplinary team to manage the quality and quantity of care provided. This role emphasizes care coordination, staff collaboration, and adherence to standards of practice on the assigned unit.

Qualifications include a Nevada RN license, current BLS, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with 2 years in progressive leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required. Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the management of the quality and quantity of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assumes leadership responsibilities to ensure safe, efficient care delivery on the assigned unit/department.
