Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Facilitator RN at Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to manage the quality and quantity of patient care and to facilitate all aspects of care on the unit.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate, an active Nevada RN license with current BLS, and at least three years of clinical experience; two years in progressive management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.
