Job summary

The Valley Health System's Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced RN Facilitator to lead care coordination within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring quality and efficient delivery of patient care.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program, an active Nevada RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with two years in management preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.
