Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center seeks an experienced Facilitator RN to partner with the interdisciplinary team, managing the quality and quantity of patient care by coordinating all aspects of the care process.

Requirements include a Nevada RN license, current BLS certification, and at least 3 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in progressive management preferred. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration across units to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.
