Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Facilitator RN at Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Nevada. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to manage the quality and quantity of patient care, coordinating care across units.

Ideal candidates will have a Nevada RN license, current BLS, and at least three years of clinical experience with two years in progressive management. Be a leader in a high-performing hospital recognized for patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of care.
