Senior Life Solutions in La Junta, CO is seeking a compassionate RN to lead our Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program for adults 65+. This salaried role reports to a small team and offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid holidays, and generous benefits.

As Nursing Program Director you will collaborate with a psychiatric physician, therapist, and office coordinator, engage with the community, grow patient census, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.
• Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team (psychiatric physician, therapist, medical office coordinator) serving seniors.
• Engage with the local community through education and outreach.
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
