Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Clinical Quality and Safety Specialist (Registered Nurse) to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and systemic risk management across the Prenuvo ecosystem. You will champion proactive care culture, balance clinical complaint management with quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while working with a high-performing health-tech team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid multi-state RN licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 5 years of active clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years in clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve clinically related patient complaints with context from patients, staff, and providers
• Coordinate with radiology, patient experience, and provider teams for timely resolutions
• Lead or participate in RCAs or alternative incident reviews to identify system vulnerabilities
• Drive quality improvement projects and monitor safety data trends to prevent recurrences
