Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Client Services Partner to support the enhanced scan workflow and ensure a seamless experience for patients and physicians. You will coordinate end-to-end clinical processes and assist with physician education initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and clinical staff, handling home lab draws, report distribution, and timely consultations while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with a patient-centric approach.
• Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Membership Scan Coordination: coordinate post-scheduling workflows and ensure lab draws and reports are processed in time for consultations.
• Provider Education Program Support: manage applications and coordinate physician participants' scans and follow-ups.
• Patient & Physician Communication: act as liaison to ensure seamless coordination of clinical services and timely updates.
