Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Temple is seeking an experienced ICU nurse for a night shift (7p-7a) on a 13-week contract. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with a pay rate of $51.00 per hour and a completion bonus.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing program.
• A minimum of 2 year's ICU RN experience.
• A valid Registered Nurse license.

• Using good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.
• Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make adjustments as needed.
• Creating safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff.
• Managing emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering.

Now offering seasonal contracts for experienced ICU nurses.

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed multi-specialty care, teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

13- week Contract

$51.00hr and Completion bonus

Status: Full-Time, 36 hours per week
