Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Temple is offering a 13-week seasonal contract for experienced Neuro/Surgical ICU nurses. Night shift 7p-7a, full-time status at 36 hours per week, with a $51.00/hr rate and a completion bonus.

The role emphasizes high-level ICU nursing care, patient assessment, and care plan development within a Level 1 Trauma Center setting between Dallas and Austin.

Qualifications

• Requires a nursing degree and an active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience.
• BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Seasonal contract experience preferred.

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed multi-specialty care, teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

13- week Contract

$51.00hr and Completion bonus

As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized nursing program


• A minimum of 2 year's ICU RN experience


• A valid Registered Nurse license


• The ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
